We prefer you have all your medicine refills at the time of appointment. If you need a refill please call and leave your name, medications, date of birth, name of pharmacy.

It takes 2-3 business days to process your prescription request.
We can send prescription electronically also.
If you request an antibiotic or a new medication. Dr. Rahim prefer to see the patient, please call office for time and you will be seen the same day. We do have the ability to send the prescription electronically.
We will not call in pain, anxiety and sleep medication over the phone patient needs to come in.
If you use a mail order pharmacy, please contact our prescription line at (304)277-8437 or (304)551-8515. Once your prescription is processed(which may take 2-3 business days) your prescription will be mailed to you or faxed to your mail order pharmacy. We prefer you pick up your prescription from the office.
